Happiness Is…Early Morning Peace

I LOVE the peace and quietness of the early mornings, when the sun is just peeking over the horizon, the birds are singing and it seems like most of the world is still sleeping.

It is during these quiet moments that I feel most connected to my center and therefore have a strong feeling of “all is well”.

I like to think of this early morning hush as a blank canvas. The day hasn’t started yet, therefore I can create anything I want to experience.

I can imagine feeling productive and purposeful as I go about my work. I can imagine great opportunities popping up wherever I go. I can imagine laughing and playing and truly loving my life. I can even imagine winning the lottery or receiving a mind-blowing miracle.

Everything is possible during those quiet moments. I am limited only by my imagination.

Whether you love the early morning hours or not, create a few “blank canvas” moments for yourself every day. What would you like to experience today? What fun adventures would you like to have? What kind of miracles would you like to receive?

Imagine them in full, vivid detail. Color these visions with joy, love and excitement. Make them as real and accessible as you can.

Then let go and allow the Universe to work on them as you go about your normal activities. And don’t be surprised if some of these visions spontaneously begin appearing in your physical reality when you least expect them to.

:-)
