“Tomorrow” is always more attractive because we envision ourselves better able to conquer our fears, overcome challenges, and develop the motivation we need to move forward. We don’t want to do these things now because we trick ourselves into believing that we don’t yet have the courage, time, money, experience or resources that will make it feasible.

Discipline, Motivation and Happiness


Have you ever believed that you would be much happier in your life if only you felt more motivated to make positive changes? Like many other people, you may also feel that you just aren’t disciplined enough to make those changes.

Motivation and discipline usually go hand-in-hand because without motivation, it is nearly impossible to become disciplined. Ironically, once you become disciplined you rarely need to be motivated to keep your life running smoothly.
