Laughter increases the release of endorphins, compounds that give you a sense of well-being. Without a doubt, joyful people live longer and healthier lives. So watch your favorite comedy, rent a new movie, practice a new joke and laugh it up!
2. Weight train.
You don’t need pills to flood your body with rejuvenating biochemicals. Research has found that doing squats and leg presses (weight training) will greatly increase your natural production of “mood hormones”. Increased mood translates to an elevated sense of direction, among other physical benefits. Keep it up with weight training.
